About publishing job scheduling

Efficiently scheduling publishing jobs minimizes publishing job execution times and maximizes Publisher computer performance.

Publishing jobs can be executed in the following ways:

• One scheduled task created in BlueCielo Application Manager. This is best for single jobs that are combined with Explorer synchronization jobs that must run only once or twice per day.
• One scheduled task that executes multiple publishing jobs combined in one batch file. This is best for complex publishing scenarios involving multiple source and destination systems that must run at the same time once or twice per day.
• Near real-time publishing. This is best for publishing jobs that must run as quickly as possible.
